The Orphans

The Orphans
We were there, we saw love, we saw delight,
We saw them; together they live, together in poverty.
Yes, joyous were they in their happiness and modesty.
Surprise, surprised, they surprised us.
Happiness we thought we’ll offer nicely,
Happiness instead, we left with richly.
Pleasing the surprise as we left spirits in high height.
Goodness filled them, I thought
Yet they had naught.
Clean are their minds, joyous their hearts.
Very rich they are, in their poverty
As their prayers and blessings they did on us pour, yes they gave aplenty.
Lean and thin Oliver Twist-like faces I thought will welcome us;
Fine and kind faces we left telling us good-bye.
Cheerful and tearful I was as we left with heavy hearts;
‘I will visit again, and again. Good-bye!’

  2. Hi,
    The humanity needs to understand that the spirit can work properly in a calm and joyful situation, where there there is no worrying, no unending thoughs.Let us be happy, let us take it easy whatever happens in our lives, and it will be all right .

  3. Hi, everybody;
    Do w know what is poverty? The will of ignoring those who are not like us, saying that they don't deserve this or that;only God knows who deserves what, when,why,and how !We are all rich and poor at the same time, for the human being is dual, in everything he does.Let us be those orphans:let us live in happiness, happily...
